For many women, weight loss is subject they would rather avoid. You spend so much time reading about the latest fad diet, counting calories, and feeling disappointed when you stand on the scale. Many diet programs require that you spend hundreds of dollars on their readymade foods. There are several fundamental problems with this kind of diet. First of all it is expensive. Each meal will cost you anywhere from three to six dollars, and that is just to feed you will still have to buy more groceries to feed your family. Now that can add up fast. Another basic problem with this type of diet program is that it doesn’t teach you how to eat without those prepared meals. With this diet you may have some fat loss but it won’t teach you how many calories you need to eat in order to achieve that weight loss.
The Atkins diet has been an effective diet for many. You eat high fat foods and avoid all curbs. Now this isn’t the most appetizing way to lose weight and it might not be the safest either. Eating a high fat diet can be very bad for your overall health even if it does help your waistline. Over time your arteries can become clogged leading to heart disease.
Regular exercise and a sensible diet is the only real way to lose weight and keep it off. If you eat right and exercise regularly but just can’t lose fat it could be that there is something else to blame. Your weight loss problems could be caused by a buildup of plaque and parasites in the intestine.
Most of us don’t realize that the junk we eat can leave behind a nasty plaque on the walls of our intestine. And no one wants to think about the nasty parasites that could be living in our gut as well. These two factors could be preventing you form losing weight. If you have plaque and parasites in you intestines does that mean that there is no hope for weight loss? Parasites and plaque in the intestines sounds like a horrible diagnosis but if that is the reason you are having trouble losing weight there is a very simple solution.
