Ok what does it take at the minimum to get started making money on the internet? There are certain things you can do to make money without spending an arm and leg to get started. That is not to say it is free but there are ways to accomplish creating an online business without a lot of money.

You gotta have a plan or you will be spinning your wheels and getting nowhere. What exactly do you want to do? Is it making money on ebay selling product? or Do you want to make money selling other peoples info products? Perhaps you want to send out an ezine and have a large subscriber base or create a large adsence virtual real estate. You gotta have a plan.

Ok you've thought it over and know where you want to go. What next? While it is possible to make a large sum of money practically overnight without knowing a lot that is usually a fluke. So your next step is research. Google will become your best friend. Do some searches on Google and determine what the market is for your product. Checking out the competition to see if you can fill a niche is also important.

Lets say for the sake of arguement you have done your due diligence and you have your plan. There are many ways to get to your goal, some are more costly than others. It will take some money to make some money, so how do you make money without going broke. Again it is research and talking to people who are making a living already. Please don't get sucked into buying the info products that tell you how you will make a fortune doing nothing. It will take some work and time to get to an income that is self sustaining.

Ok you are going to need traffic whether it is bought leads or free search engine traffic. One costs money and one costs time, sometimes a lot of time. Now if you are looking for leads be careful all leads are not the same quality. One source that I have had good luck with is New England Marketing. You want a lead source that take some time to get leads that are truly interested in what you have to offer. They might not buy in but they are interested enough to listen to you or read the email that you send.
